Compass Group Shortlisted For Award

Retail Eyes client Compass Group UK and Ireland has been shortlisted as finalists in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2011 in the Category of ‘Customer Experience of the Year – Retail, Travel’.

Over the past 12 months, Compass has invested in Operation Phoenix, an industry leading Customer Experience Improvement programme which is already delivering some great financial results and improvements to customer measures.

The recognition by the UK Customer Experience Awards is a testament  to Compass’ pioneering programme, which is supported by Retail Eyes, the UK’s leading customer experience improvement agency, in driving a truly customer focused service culture.

Operation Phoenix has been in action for the past 12 months within Compass’ In Store business, and due to the success of the programme, new innovations in Customer Experience Improvement to the Business and Industry foodservice and facilities management sectors are being developed and trialled in on-going partnership with Retail Eyes.

Clare Muscutt, In Store Service Strategy Manager who pioneered the programme has also been shortlisted as Customer Experience Professional of the year in the Retail and Leisure category had this to say: “At Compass we recognise the growing importance of customer experience for our clients and customers and Operation Phoenix has paved the way for us to really exceed expectations through superior foodservice delivery. Measurement is a key component of our strategy in order to understand and evaluate our customer experience and drive performance.
