By
completing this satisfaction survey (the "Survey")
and providing your email address you are:
a.
accepting
these terms and conditions; and
b.
consenting to being contacted
by SSP to discuss the responses that you provided in relation to the Survey.

With
respect to all answers and comments provided by you when completing the Survey
("Content"), you grant SSP
a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable
right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create
derivative works from, distribute and display such Content (in whole or part)
worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or
technology now known or later developed. With respect to all Content you submit,
you hereby waive any moral rights you have in such Content. You agree to
perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted
by you to SSP, including the execution of deeds and documents, at our request
and expense.

SSP will not link your
personal information to the Content.

We
are committed to protecting your security and privacy. We will comply with the
requirements of the Personal Data Act (the "PDA")
and will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is secure with us, and
monitored with regard to access.
5.
We
are the "owner" (or "data controller" for the purposes of
the PDA) of your personal data and promise not to sell, share or transfer this
data without your consent. We may transfer or disclose your information to
other members of the SSP Group of companies as we consider necessary to operate
our business.
6.
We
do not otherwise disclose your information to other third parties unless we
have your prior consent (or we are required to do so by law).
